Yields: 1 1/4 cup

Ingredients:

1/4 cup 1 % low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
3 Tbsp nonfat mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp dried whole dillweed
Combine in container of an electric blender or food processor bowl; cover and process until smooth. Pour mixture into a serving bowl.
